Magic Valley Mall is the only regional enclosed shopping center in the eight county Magic Valley region, and has been serving Southern Idaho since 1986. The mall is located on the northeast edge of Twin Falls, Idaho near the majestic Snake River Canyon.

The center is situated on Southern Idaho's busiest intersection; the corner of Pole Line Rd. and Blue Lakes Blvd. where Twin Falls retail development has the most focused growth. Highway department reports that 56,000 cars pass the property daily.
